Information we collect

Browsing adaviolationcalc.com to use the calculator or read the guides does not collect personal information. We do not require account creation or registration, and calculator inputs are processed entirely in your browser.

If you submit the case-review form (labeled “Talk to an ADA Violation attorney — free”), we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, incident date, a description of your case, and the timestamp and text of the consent you agreed to when submitting.

How case-review form information is shared

If you submit the case-review form, your name, phone number, email address, and case details are shared with one or more attorneys or their agents licensed to practice in your jurisdiction, so they can evaluate your situation and contact you about it. The Click Lab Agency LLC, which operates adaviolationcalc.com, is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not vet, endorse, or guarantee the attorneys in this network. Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship with The Click Lab Agency LLC or with any attorney until and unless that attorney separately agrees to represent you. The Click Lab Agency LLC may be compensated for these referrals.

By submitting the form, you separately consent to be contacted by phone, text, and email — including by automated dialing technology — by The Click Lab Agency LLC and the attorneys or agents your information is shared with. That consent is not required to use any other part of this site, and you can decline it by not submitting the form.

Cookies and advertising

We serve display advertising through Google AdSense (publisher ID: ca-pub-6434377544325972). Google AdSense uses cookies to serve relevant advertisements based on your prior visits to websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic patterns — which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and how they navigate the site. Google Analytics collects data per Google’s privacy policy, including anonymized IP addresses and browser/device information. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Third-party services

This site uses Google AdSense and Google Analytics, both subject to Google’s Privacy Policy. Beyond those services and the attorney-network sharing described above for case-review form submissions, we do not share personal information with other third parties.

Your choices and opt-out

You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Refusing advertising cookies will not affect your ability to use the calculator or read our content.

The simplest opt-out for the case-review form is not to submit it — browsing the site and reading the guides never shares your information with anyone. If you already submitted the form and want to withdraw consent or have your information removed from future contact, email hey@theclicklab.agency with the subject line [OPT-OUT], or visit theclicklab.agency/optout.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

Sharing your information with attorneys in exchange for compensation, as described above when you submit the case-review form, may be considered a “sale” or “share” of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act and its amendments. California residents can opt out using the same channels listed above — email or the opt-out link. Anonymous browsing of the calculator and guides alone is never sold or shared.

European users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or UK, the legal basis for collecting and sharing the information you provide in the case-review form is your consent, given when you check the consent box and submit the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time using the contact or opt-out channels above; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of sharing that occurred before you withdrew it.
